Dr. iur. Stephan Netzle, LL.M.
Stephan Netzle (*1957) has been practising law since 1988. After studying at the University of Zurich and the University of Virginia School of Law, he was a partner in the commercial law firms of Stiffler & Partner, Andersen Legal and Wenger Plattner. He established Netzle Rechtsanwälte on 1st July 2008.
Stephan Netzle has many years' experience in various areas of commercial law (contract and corporate law, transactions) He has a particular interest in legal issues relating to sport, telecommunications and health care.
Stephan Netzle is a counselor and barrister. He has extensive experience relating to arbitration. He is a lecturer for international arbitration at the University of Zurich. He is a member of the ICC Court of Arbitration, the Association Suisse de l’Arbitrage (ASA), the Federal Communications Commission (ComCom) and the executive board of Swiss Olympic. From 1991 until 2010, he was a member of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).
