Assignments as Arbitrators
We are frequently acting as party-appointed arbitrators, chairmen of arbitration panels or sole arbitrators in institutional arbitral tribunals (e.g. ICC, Swiss Chambers of Commerce, DIS, CAS) and ad hoc-arbitration tribunals.
Representation of parties
We represent our clients before commercial arbitration courts and sports arbitration bodies in Switzerland and abroad.
We assist our domestic and foreign clients in the drafting of forum selection clauses and arbitration agreements and in the selection-process of party-appointed arbitrators.
Arbitration Opinions, Expert Opinions
We are able to provide arbitration opinions and expert opinions on Swiss and German law.
